HOW IT WORKS:
REAP is an investment programme for a minimum of 5-year duration. A slot of N2,000,000 in REAP entitles you to an attractive return of 10% per annum payable based on any of the options below:
1.Maintaining the investment for the entire duration of 5years to maximize your returns.
2.Collecting 10% interest yearly.
3.Collecting 5% of the interest yearly and re-investing the 5%
balance. The remaining 5% is compounded and ploughed back into your investment with us, thereby maximizing your returns
4.In addition to this, every slot of N2,000,000 qualifies the investor for a 324sq metre or (60 by 60 feet) plot of land in any of the designated Estate Location/Project.
